UTCHD

The UTah Congenital Heart Defect project (UTCHD) is a project funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to better understand the prevalence of congenital heart defects (CHDs) in Utah and provide individuals and family members of individuals with CHDs living in or around Utah with education and resources.  One of the goals of the project is to provide individuals and families with information on why CHDs are an issue, why specialized care is needed, and where to go to receive care, as well as information on resources and support groups in the state, links to other sites, and frequently asked questions.
